Tonight the service was very poor. We had a reservation for 6 and were promptly seated. Our server was seen often in our area, but did not acknowledge us, even to say she would be right with us. We had to get a manager who came to take food and drink orders after we were seated for half an hour. I doubt our food order was placed because after one hour and twenty minutes our food had not been served. In the meantime tables all around us who ordered after us, got served before us and left. When another manager was told of this situation, he offered up a $25 gift card and said sorry. Food arrived shortly thereafter and was mediocre at best, some had probably been sitting for a while. Meanwhile the inattentive server did not make any inquiries as to the status of our party or if our food. We are locals and I will think hard and long before I return to the Brewery.
