I needed home insurance urgently and they were quick and professional. They even exceeded my expectations in terms of performance. I never had to call on my home insurance because I never had to face any claim so I cannot judge their reactivity in the event of a problem. However I can judge the quality of their welcome and the professionalism of their advisers who know their product very well which is really appreciated when we have specific questions. They are also easily reachable by phone (a rarity). I highly recommend.
