We had the WORST experience dealing with Excel Test Prep. They refused to give us a full refund for a course that hasn't started yet and were told we will be charged a $500 administrative fee! This company is all about money and not about teaching children. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. We signed my daughter up for the 8 week SAT Summer Camp and paid in full. We knew she would be missing a few days of camp and we wanted to be sure there was a way for her to make it up so before enrolling we read their makeup policy. The policy states: "If you need to miss a class for your Excel Test course, making up your absence is very easy! We allow live make-ups or online make-ups.". We called today to let them know the dates she would be missing and to confirm she would be allowed to make them up. We were told only part of the material for the days she missed would be available online. The program is very expensive and for the amount we were paying my daughter wasn't going to receive the full benefit of the program. We requested a refund with the intention of having her take the course at a later time. Because they refused to give a full refund, we will certainly not use them in the future.
