absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I've called them 4 times and each time they've put me on LONG HOLDS and they were rude when they did pick up. Half of them can't even answer your questions and they seem very confused which makes no sense. How am I supposed to feel safe with a company that literally has no clue what they're doing. This is a HOME SECURITY COMPANY for gods sake. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY
