Staff was so accommodating and sweet. I was evacuated and they went out of their way to help me and my 3 kids. Ali at the front desk was so nice, Beverly Kleven walked me to the front desk and was so kind. Then Kathy Haas ensures I was having a good experience when I saw her in the lobby. Outstanding.
