Came a long way to visit this place (Sydney, Australia) and despite the sign saying open '7 days a week', one whole section of the shop, childrens books, was closed to the public. I was rudely notified of this by the lady sorting books on the shelf when the only indication was a small handwritten sign on a tiny chair. Based on other reviews, it seems as though customer service is something they could improve upon. It was a real disappointment on an otherwise great trip to San Francisco.
