If u dont like ur job then quit, dont take it out ...

If u dont like ur job then quit, dont take it out on the customer.... i can understand some callers can be rude and obnoxious but why dont u try and feel the customer out first. Not all customers are bad...when u call any philly public works they are all rude the minute they pick up the phone.....so sad
