You are forced to valet. They lost my fob key and left my car unlocked.

No one from guest services answered phone and no place to leave a message. What's the point of putting a number on your business card?

I have been a patron of Edgewood restaurants for several years and valet has always been the worst part but tonight was over the top. I'm a Tahoe local and bring my guests here but after tonight that probably won't happen anymore.

In the past I have watched numerous guests see their car and ask for the keys but have been told to stand outside and wait for their car why the attendants loiter out towards the cars. They provide no heating lamps or warm places to wait while you watch them get to your car slower than you would walk to your car on cold evenings.

Some things for guest services to change:

Make valet optional and have parking attendants.
Move valet inside.
Lock patrons cars if you do valet.
Do not loose keys when you valet.
