I tried to call to get confirmation regarding my health profile that was due on the 4th. I sent the information via fax on the 25th and a week later (the 2nd) they had not uploaded the info. I was calling to be certain my info was received so I did not make the deadline. The person refused to check the fax machine. She said she could put in a ticket if I had the exact time, number, time zone ect. but that wouldn't help me because it takes 3 days for them to answer a ticket. I asked to speak to her manager and she refused stating that she would tell me the same thing. i guess I just have to hope that my information is received since they are too busy to check their fax machine.
