Good evening,
I called the reservation center today 09/09/2020 at about 17:40, to ask for information regarding a R.M. that I have to get prescribed. I wanted to be sure before having it done by my doctor, being a targeted examination, if there was a specific code to avoid a further prescription and waste of time, which as you know, in certain situations is essential. The lady from the reservation center was at first very cold and aloof but then very aggressive, she told me that I should not contact her and that it is not within her competence, with very bright and aggressive tones. Miss must excuse me if I disturbed her but she must also understand that many of the people they call is because they want to be explained and reassured, most are people who are sick, who are and feel weak, a word of comfort, too if not within their competence, said gracefully makes the difference. One does not feel demoralized and humiliated.
