Incredible room 711 with HS phone and unplugged TV...

Incredible room 711 with HS phone and unplugged TV! Fortunately a technician came to our rescue. This is indeed a 4 star hotel. Really unpleasant experience .. I advise against the management of rooms and a rate that does not correspond to the category
