for Scott Rees and Co is currently dealing with my claim which is for an accident which happened in early July 2017, and since then I think I have been through more trouble trying to get in contact with him than the actual accident itself.

I have attempted to call, email and write to the man himself but he seems to choose when he wants to respond.

I have several recordings of phone calls to Scott Rees & Co where when I ask to speak to Alecs himself the secretary tries to put me through to him then after about a minute or so on hold the line dies. This happened SEVERAL times.



I received a settlement offer from the insurance company in November and gave him confirmation that I d like to accept the offer but he hasn t yet been able to get finalisation on the settlement. He is now asking me for further information on my condition which I feel isn t necessary. I feel like he is forcing me to take the claim in a direction which I do not want to.

Stay away from this company because they don t have your satisfaction in their interests they will force and bully you to do what they want and if I had a choice I would never have accepted them to take care of my claim in the first place. Do not make the same mistake I did or you will be stuck with regret.
