The service is currently worth a quarter of the cost. Then I do not understand why the vehicles are always late, the ticket is not refundable, but when you park on the tram route and it remains stationary they report you for obstacles to the public service asking for a compensation of 25 EURO PER MINUTE?!?! Why???
