Majority of the staffs here are mean and intimidating. They yell and get angry at people/foreigners for not knowing how to scan our passport which they should give us some guidance if we're not familiar with it. Also, when going through security check this is the worst I've been to, you have to take every little thing such as camera, battery charger, chargers out of ur bag which is ridiculous because we have to recheck the items another 4-5 times. We've been to Thailand, Lax, and Korea airport during the same period of time and it wasn't even that complicated. The staffs are much nicer and more helpful. The staffs in Beijing airport are not as helpful and they are just straight up RUDE. The last time I transferred in this airport, a staff was rude I started giving him the look like he shouldn't be acting the way he is to us. OVERALL, they just need some d@m discipline!
