I would like to make a very clear recommendation here to commission Planfinanz 24 for banking and collection problems. Alone it is a fight against the money sharks like David against Goliath. You achieve next to nothing. It was like this for years until I got to know Planfinanz 24. My request was processed very quickly and a friendly employee was also immediately helpful in bringing order to my disaster consisting of reminders and threatening letters. In the second step, a lawyer first asked the creditors for the exact claims. It then turned out that two claims had already expired. Goods and no more should have been reminded. In the case of the other receivables, significantly better repayment conditions and interest-free fixed rates based on quotas could be negotiated. I received an exact list from the lawyer and then set up a standing order for the installments. Of the 43,000 euros in debt, only 16,800 euros are left. I am now paying 320 euros a month. For me and my wife, Planfinanz has done a really good job very reliably, which is also worth mentioning here.
