AWFUL CHECK IN EXPERIENCE.....The Hotel said our room was NOT AVAILABLE.......................
EVEN THOUGH IT WAS PREPAID....then, to add gaul, assigned us probably the lowest rated room in the hotel. IN SOME 60 YEARS OF TRAVEL WORLD-WIDE....THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE.....DISGUSTING
