We have been a satisfied family of this practice since 2012. Not sure if due to new management, but the team presents with attitude, and are not respectful. I used to sing this practice s praises, until 2 months ago I was snapped at by one of the telephone nurses, and she refused to attempt to me explain the situation for a medication refill.

Today my son had complaints that we needed a doctor to look at and I check the website which one would think would be an accurate reflection of current practice, and see that I can walk in without an appointment up to 8:15am. We arrive at the practice at 8:13am. The lady at the front desk (black lady with asymmetrical hair cut) snaps at me and says the information on the website is when they had an old manager and that it is not accurate (see photo in Yelp review). I tell her that I shouldn t be penalized for this and should be seen, and she refuses and tells me I can t. I ask to see a manager and she tells me I still can t be seen because it is not accurate and the manager will just tell me the same thing.

I was checked in for their first available appointment, however I don t belief the antics should have happened. I also don t believe families should feel the brunt of any type of change management the staff is going through or inadequate management.
