For the past couple days, our power kept partially...

For the past couple days, our power kept partially shutting off and NCP&L rep suggested that it may be our main breaker. Today the power shut off completely. I searched google, found Gold Medal Service. Called at 11:15 am, Andrew (politely professional) quickly took my information and gave me an eta of 12 - 4pm for an electrician. Brian called and was there within the hour. Assessed and repaired the issue with a professionalism and speed that is impressive. I will definitely use Gold Medal Services again. Thank You!
