Here we go I called the 1-866- number Oct 3rd looking for a new package Didn t end well I m on my third tech , third little HD box , third DVR receiver, partial channels in the bedroom No tv at all in living room Send all the hits you want Not winning!!! Nobody can figure out what the little girl did on the 3rd I was told I still have to pay my bill I told them to disconnect it and start agin It will probably fix it!
