Originally, I had applied for a job that was being recruited for by Experience Factor. The position ended up being not the right fit for me at the time. However, Experience Factor has been wonderful in thinking of me when they have had other positions that they are recruiting for and thought I might be a good fit for. I think the staff excels at locating, recommending and placing candidates that are a great fit for the employer and the employee.
