Terrible. Would not recommend to anyone. I recently got a marketing email form them which reminded me of the bad experience I had.
They kept extending the legal process by snailpace for more than a year just to collect a regular monthly fee, which felt inflated, not truthfully representing any work done since most of the time nothing was added to existing documents or claim as there was really nothing much to add. No wonder the local school district suddenly dumped them as their legal representatives after years of using Lashly & Baer (that's what they told me in one meeting).

Lashly & Baer also made me waste time and costs on long travels for required 'meetings' which only turned out to be minor chats with no significant importance that could been over the phone. It was insulting and I felt they had no client loyalty at all and were just finding ways and excuses to hike up their fees. In the end they won absolutely nothing for me and wasted a lot of my time and resources, yet claimed they had been successful and could achieve a paltry $20,000 payout which had already cost me way beyond that in their fees and would require additional inflated fees that would exceed the 'payout'.

Probably one of the worse lawfirms I have come across. I wanted to file a complaint against them for Ethics Violations and demand a refund and compensation but I was overwhelmed with work, and very little time on my hands. I felt totally scammed. Another lawyer in NY reinforced my own impression and told me I had been taken for a ride and they had been acting unethical and totally exploited me. No kidding.
