Drive there myself to buy my meat. I had not tasted bison meat before and was very pleasantly surprised. To me it tastes like lean beef and I have to say even better, so I'm replacing it with this, and if you love Osso Buko like I do, your in for a treat with these ones. A bit pricy maybe, but well worth it, and if you don't live far away and have kids, it's also a great place to visit with them I imagine.
