I had very bad experience with this company. I had processed my home refinancing application with Justin Flores (Home Loan Specialist II) in August 2020. This guy promised me total 16 to 21 days for entire process. I sent all required documents within 2 days. He told me, he received all documents and all good. But, he did not finish my process for two months. Then, he start asking me all documents again. He told me two months later that the loan processor "AL" is so slow and he will process with another loan processor. Then, I asked him my Appraisal fee back but he start making so many stories. I would not do the Appraisal if he told me the processing time is never ending process. Now, I am fighting for My Money Back. Super Lier.
