I used them because I had a current mortgage with them and no cost out of pocket to refinance. What I "failed" to do was check the reviews online on their current services and quality of such. Obviously I agree with most of them. There is no follow-up, once one does any step, there is no phone call, text or email reflecting the action. I called multiple times trying to get updates and everyone seemed to be on a extended weekend...yes, each time. PLEASE consider other companies before moving forward with this one. I have just under 12 months before I can refinance with a company that does.
