I was thrilled with the courtesy, knowledge and expertise of one associate named Lisa. I had a dilemna with where my payment was mailed to and she went above and beyond to ensure that if delivered, it would be applied to my account. I did also speak with two representatives on two separate occasions named Yvonne ( who was SUPER friendly and helpful), and Curtis Brown who was very proactive and helpful. (This guy knew his stuff!) I am happy that although in collections, my account is being handeled by this firm.
