Lucky you get 1 star since zero is not an option.
You can't charge someone for their OWN RECORDS.. office staff is horrible, apparently the office manager is never in the office.. & no one could keep my RX dosage correct, including Dr. Ellis! - Thankful for UCLA & Providence!!!!
