This people are rude and nasty, the billing system...

This people are rude and nasty, the billing system is the is as bad as thier service. Last month I had to pay Late Fee when I always pay the amount they say I needed to pay. Last bill I paid 211.00 for a 2 bed apart and new bill they are charging me again Late fee and some other charges.
