Dont join to swim laps. Lap time is extremely limited and very inconvenient. It's frequently preempted and the schedule isn't always correct. The staff can be rude and unhelpful. I complained about my experience via their customer service form and was told I was wrong, no apology or acknowledgement about my dissatisfaction, just that I was wrong about the schedule. I pointed out where I was right about the schedule and asked for a response on my other issues and they never replied.
Wish I had saved my money, especially since it's fairly expensive. And a bonus, some of the more conservative members are not happy you're there. A guy told me having tattoos would cause kidney failure, and he made a remark about 'leviticus.'
