I was logged in and promptly waiting to buy a subs...

I was logged in and promptly waiting to buy a subscription today. I got all the way to the payment portion and was kicked out. 32 tries later, we were informed it was a website issue and to be patient. An hour later, they proudly announced the website was back up, only for me to learn my seats were gone and now there are literally NO seats available. I wasted all morning only to be told that THEIR error wouldn't be corrected and I lost the seats I spent two hours to procure. Unacceptable. Avoid.
