Makes for a fun day. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. If you are still there about 445pm, you could catch the running of the sheep (ie all of the sheep run from the pasture to the barn where they stay overnight). The place does everything from Musket demonstrations, tin and blacksmithing, to laundry and farming talks. They also have cabinet making, woodworking, and barrel making.
