Cris Miller is the most unprofessional loan officer I have encountered, and one of the most unprofessional people I have encountered. He constantly called me sweetie over the phone and through email. He made promises he could not keep. He constantly requested the same documents (that I had already sent to him) over and over. He made THREE erroneous credit checks and made no effort to fix the issue stating that they were accidental. I would truly love to know how you can accidentally pull someone s credit even once, and then do it multiple times? I could not be more dissatisfied with my home buying process. I was a first time homebuyer, and the whole experience was a nightmare. Cris Miller attributed to that.
