If you don't want to waste time without having done anything, avoid this bank!
I entered in the afternoon for a home operation, I take the ticket: 20 people in front, estimated waiting time 45 minutes. I sit down and after half an hour only 2 people had passed, with only 2 doors open in total where there was no one for half the time but the employees instead of calling someone else did something else.
