I have to stay at this hotel because of a class I'm in. They were going through construction, and rather than placing us in a room away from construction, they plopped us right in the middle of it (with no discounts for the surroundings). Was checked into a room that wasn't ready. 3 maids busted into my room without knocking. I notified the front desk of the situation, and was just handed free drink coupons. I don't drink. Later, discovered that there were used soap bars and shampoos left in the shower, which was fairly obvious that the bathroom had not been cleaned. Again brought it to the attention of the front desk, and they kept trying to assure me it was cleaned. Umm..no. First thing a person does when cleaning a shower is take out all soaps/shampoos. I'm not stupid. Hate this hotel. Hot tub was closed too. Would never EVER stay here again if I didn't have to.
