The so-called leaders of buyseasons are terrible! ...

The so-called leaders of buyseasons are terrible! You would think that in a business setting the people with any sort of power or influence would want the best for the company. Apparently, this isn't the case at least not at buyseason. How can a company win when the main goal of the leaders is to ensure their positions by filtering out quality workers and retaining the "COOL" ones? The only thing that matters at buyseasons is that you shut up and disregard your rights. They only discharge bad members of they're "Quality Staff" is once enough complaints come in and they cant fit anymore bull under the rug. On top of that, they go around looking for irrelevant minuscule "traits" that deem people to be misfits in their business model. Nobody needs to smile and nobody needs to pretend that they're happy in a work environment that allows what they do. Like how people and "leaders" steal money in the form of time in the back of the building. See they just dump their work on others if you aren't "cool" enough to steal time and money. See its a well known fact corrupt power loves ignorant people to be under them anything else is obviously a threat. It's not about the fact they care more about social life at work or talking about parties, or do blow. Everybody loves a good brain frying line right? Its that they cant maintain a fair and decent work setting. I also think between them and hatch they've stolen countless dollars from people. So check and track your hours well. They like to claim you didn't hit your punch often; though this really does happen. If you don't know the times; they -in my opinion- are hoping to make you re-punch for their benefit. They know exactly who and how their staff is otherwise they'd be worse than they are at their job. This solidifies that they are accepting and and ignoring the wrong things. They don't know how to operate right. They could've built a good team up though; but how can a unit have true power and presence if he says this, she says that, and there's no way to get a definite answer cause nobody has set up a standard or follows one. Why don't they just go work at the mall and hit on teenage girls all day and do blow? Would suit their character better. A worker gained the fortitude to make a comment to me once one of the other little rats ran around letting them all know that I was gonna be let go; (I don't know where they allow mistakes) Poor guy was too stupid to realize we were inside buyseasons... This isn't a place you want to give any special insight or effort to they don't deserve it! Also, anyone can aim higher for permanent work. It is great for seasonal work just go get your money for the season and then leave you don't want to work there!!!
