While I enjoyed the views and architecture, the crowd control was poor. I felt a bit like cattle being shuffled into various packed lanes and observation points. There were limited bathrooms, the place seemed perpetually busy, and the staff were not clear on where to convert the CityPass into tickets. I think the machines were out of order, however, I am not sure...no clarification from the staff. My family and I enjoy the CityPass, and wish there was an option to choose another venue. I would highly recommend the Top of the Rock Experience, but not the Empire State Building.
