The entire staff was very accommodating and friendly, but my shinning star was Christina . She made sure everything was perfect for our 35th anniversary weekend. Will definitely be back and The Raphael is my new KC hotel. Last but not least the Chaz was very good food and the once again the people were on their game with service and friendliness.
