I've lived in over 7 different apartments in Chicago and no management company is worse than Peak Properties. Will lie to you to get you to sign lease, apartments show every corner that can be cut, will be cut and overall lack of concern for tenants. They have a portal to report issues that they dont respond to anyway. I've put 6 requests in for heating issues and problem still not solved. Peak Property are the new slum lords
