I m not sure why people are leaving bad reviews. This place isn t McDonald s and we re in the middle of a pandemic. I waited an hour myself, I was irritated but i understand they re dealing with a lot of patients. I saw them wheel in someone who was having an episode. We don t give health care professionals enough credit. I visited mount sanai psychiatry department and I wasn t pleased so I went here. I met Caro, who was a wonderful counselor. We spoke for 30 minutes and she totally understood my symptoms and I felt at ease speaking to her. She booked my appointment for Jan 19 to see a doctor. Health care professionals are going through a lot and they are 100% selfless. Thank you Citrus and Caro for helping me!
