Horrible service in Sunbury, OH!! Bought 4 new tires. Took it back 4 days later for the alignment to be done. At check out, the employee 'Micah' didn't say a word to me that anything was wrong. I looked at the paperwork and found the rear alignment had not been done. I called the store and was told my control arm bushing was bad and the eccentric bolts were frozen! Why was I not told!! As I sat in the waiting room waiting for my alignment, Micah and another employee named Jason were rude to customers on the phone and in person!! I had a great experience with Jim. He is the parts manager at that location. Every other employee does not care about the customers at all!! I will never go back there again!!
