All I have to say is that Rodrigo, Arturo, Naomi, Ines and Selza did an amazing job providing a truly unique experience for my girlfriend and I. They remembered us whenever we saw them around the resort and did an excellent job keeping us entertained. We enjoyed the resort that much more thanks to them. Aside from the great entertainment, the resort was absolutely beautiful. The food was delicious and the staff were always very kind. I highly recommend upgrading to the privileged package as it paid dividends when it came to the selection of alcohol and the restaurant reserved exclusively for privileged guest. The small animals running around the resort were also cute and friendly. Almost everyday, we looked forward to seeing some of the wildlife. Overall, five stars and highly recommended.
