Terrible customer service. No phone service. Shipment consistently notably late, with no personal, specific response on items being inquired about. Will often suggest offering partial or full refund, rather than just sending item?! Appear to be short staffed or just don't care. Suggest they put a hold on selling new items until they are caught are caught up present sales
