Just purchased a certified used 2016 Chevy Malibu ...

Just purchased a certified used 2016 Chevy Malibu less than six months ago. Car had minor issues within first month but the service dept took care of them for me at no cost. All of a sudden car wouldn t start took it in to find out I need a new battery, and I would need to pay for it. I asked was a brand new battery put in when I purchased the car?? Of course not instead I got its certified used bullcrap so now I m out $200! Feeling ripped off and to top it off cashier was very rude didn t find out they take credit/checks until after 15 mins of going back and forth.
