UPDATE: I have changed my review BECAUSE of salesman, Joseph Autrey and General Manager, Paul. They have completely changed the way I feel because of their AWESOME customer service and just plain old human decency. SO...we ended up purchasing 2 vehicles instead of the one we were shopping for that was for my son. We WILL go back. However, we will ONLY deal with Joseph!!!!
Horrible service. Saw a Nissan Rogue on car gurus. Reached out to the dealership for more info. Set up everything with Morgan (Internet Sales). She sent the price and car fax and set up the appointment. She told me they would pull the keys, have it sanitized and ready to go when we got there. She even texted me at 4:39 asking me what my son thought. I responded and said he couldn't wait to see it. I also texted her on the way to the dealership (which my Appt was at 6:15). When we got there, the salesman she set us up with, Damian, was with someone else. Who he claimed he thought they were his Appt. Then he told us they just sold the vehicle. When I asked about the fact they were supposed to have pulled the keys for us, he said they don't do that without a deposit. I then mentioned to my son about looking at another vehicle in Sumter. That's when Damian said to us, "do you just want to do that?" He DID NOT EVEN WANT to sell us a car. We were leaving, when Joseph came up to us and tried to work with us and make it right, but the sales manager did not want to work with us on numbers even though they sold the vehicle we wanted to look at out from underneath us. I WOULD NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from them!!!!
