When I entered the dealtership Tina made me feel extremely welcome. All other interactions stemmed from that one. I have been into other local Harley dealerships and felt like I was not important. From the moment I walked in the door I was made to feel at home. Came in to browse on Friday and bought a bike Saturday. Also, John the service manager was absolutely awesome to work with. My bike needed some service and he was on the spot... I really felt like those two were truly interested in taking care of me.
