I have been banking with Samba financial group for quite some time now and I must admit that their services are beyond average. The staff is courteous, but I have had a few instances where they were not able to resolve my queries effectively. The online banking platform is decent, but it could use some improvements. Overall, I would say that Samba is an average banking option.
