A few years ago, I took a laptop on its deathbed in. The staff was very good at explaining exactly what was wrong and what my options were. I decided to purchase a business grade laptop from them - the price was worth the assurance I had that this would be a keeper! And it's been running for 2 years with no issues. They are also very philanthropic - they live by their motto on their wall, which is that they help the little guy! I managed to spill soup on my laptop recently, took it in for cleaning. They cleaned the hardware, and did a hardware and software check for less than they estimated. This is an awesome business and I am happy to tell everyone to use their services.
