After spending weeks of having our Bluetooth not working consistently, Sean worked tirelessly to discover the problem, even calling us after work hours on a Friday evening to get more information about our phones to hopefully alleviate the problem. The following week he again spent time searching for the problem. Upon discovering it was my wife's phone (ours are identical) which was beginning to crash, and eventually did, causing our Bluetooth to malfunction, we were relieved it wasn't our Camry navigation system or Entune.
Toyota of Grand Rapids has an amazing service crew! We've mostly worked with Blaine because he is so efficient and helpful. Now we also have to add Sean to the list of our favorites!
