This moving company was terrible. They tried to put an earlier start time down then when they actually started. They knew what their was a four hour minimum and that I had already prepaid, so they literally dragged their feet when moving my belongings out of my old apartment. I went outside to see what was taking so long in between each item and I found them outside drinking pop, eating and smoking cigarettes and they weren t even a hour into the move. The company made me pay for 3 men but all three men weren t working. They did not wrap my furniture and a couple pieces of furniture got scratched up.!! They took my beds apart and did not put them back together. Which it took me 2.5 hours to put my kids bump beds back together.!! They did not hook up washer and dryer. They did not put the sectional together. They literally threw the furniture in the designated room and left. I asked them to west show coverings or to put something on the ground to protect brand new carpet. They put something on the ground but still walked on the carpet with their boots. The list goes on and on. I called and spoke with Tara and told her my complaints and concerns. She said she would call me back and a week later I have not heard from her. I called again and they said she will give me a call. Their is no accountability or Care at this company.!! Oh did I mention all of my items were not moved from old apartment.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.!!! They are very pricey with a 4 hour minimum and 35 dollar gas cost and I moved 4 minutes away from my old place.

Please save yourself the headache and book else where.

I wasn t going to write a review but the fact that no one has followed up with me, offered some of my money back or anything, I m writing one. Ridiculous.!!!!
