After a spontaneous year-long move to WI with my boyfriend, I was having trouble getting my career back on track. I had spent the summer applying for jobs in my field of Marketing and Communications, but I was having no luck and my employment gap was growing. After coming across SM, I was connected immediately and asked to come in for an "interview". The process was extremely quick and straight-forward. I had the privilege of working with Jen, who was extremely kind and informative. Within a few weeks I was hired at a large corporate company in RI. After a year and half, this week I am now a full-time employee through that company. While this position didn't speak much to my background, I am hopeful that this will open more doors for me in the future.
