I actually went on this train a year ago with my sister and her husband and extended family. It was fine at first, the servers seemed very attentive and then when dessert came along everything seemed to just fall apart. We went to another cart for dessert. After waiting 15 minutes I had to ask the waitress if we were getting our dessert and she simply said "yes" after looking at me like i just spat in her face. It seemed like the employees were really reluctant to do their jobs.
